We purchased our new home 3 years ago and decided to have MC Homes Ltd build what we now consider our dream home. We wanted to share our positive experience with everyone. Since it was our first time purchasing a new home we were a bit nervous. We must thank MC Homes Ltd sales representative Massimo Iudica from Royal LePage who made us feel very secure with the whole process of selling our old home and making the transition to building our new home from the foundation up. A lot of decisions had to be made as far as picking flooring, paint colours, countertops, kitchen cabinets etc. To help with our selections MC Homes Ltd provided the services of an interior decorator who helped with all our selections. We came to see the progress of our new home almost daily and saw how hard all the trades worked and we could tell that they took pride in what they built for us. When we decided to alter our home design from the original plans we were guided by Chip Mulas' experience and the results are exactly what we envisioned. After we moved into our new home as with all new homes minor details needed to be addressed. We contacted MC Homes Ltd and are happy to say that all of our issues have been taken care of. From the striking façade of stone and brick to the beautifully interpreted open concept interior visitors always are admiring in their comments. We have been impressed not only with the work itself that was done to make our house but also with the follow up.
